## 1. Partnership Agreement
By registering as a partner on Jibhali.com, you agree to sell products through our marketplace platform.
## 2. Commission Structure
– Jibhali charges 20% commission on each completed sale
– You receive 80% of the product sale price
– Shipping fees belong to the vendor (if applicable)
## 3. Product Requirements
– All products must have clear, accurate descriptions
– Product images must be high quality and represent the actual item
– No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
– Products must be in stock when listed as available
## 4. Order Fulfillment
– Ship orders within 2 business days of confirmation
– Maintain good customer service standards
– Handle returns and refunds according to Algerian consumer protection laws
– Provide accurate delivery estimates
## 5. Payment Terms
– Minimum withdrawal amount: 5,000 DA
– Payment methods: CCP, Baridimob, Bank Transfer
– Payment processing time: 2-5 business days after withdrawal request
– Withdrawals available after order status = “Completed”
## 6. Vendor Responsibilities
– Accurate product information
– Timely order processing
– Professional customer communication
– Compliance with Algerian laws and regulations
## 7. Prohibited Activities
– Creating fake reviews or ratings
– Price manipulation or unfair pricing
– Selling outside the Jibhali platform to customers acquired through Jibhali
– Harassment of customers or other vendors
## 8. Account Suspension
Jibhali reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
– Violate these terms and conditions
– Receive multiple customer complaints
– Sell prohibited or illegal items
– Engage in fraudulent activities
## 9. Intellectual Property
– You retain ownership of your product content
– You grant Jibhali license to display your products on the marketplace
– You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to sell all products
## 10. Dispute Resolution
– All disputes will be handled according to Algerian law
– Jibhali will mediate customer-vendor disputes when necessary
